There is a meeting held to review the status of the parish & village hall each quarter. This includes the status of finance, events, maintenance & grant applications within the village. The meeting is open to all. In addition to a status update, the meeting purposes are are as follows:
- Monday 2nd November 2026: Budget planning & village precept.
- Monday 4th May 2027: AGM including voting in Parish Chair & confirming overall village organisation structure updates.
- Monday 7th June 2026: Update on village status including AGAR compliance
- Monday 6th September 2026: Update on village status.
- Monday 8th November 2027: Budget planning & village precept.
